Herbert Zipper Concert Hall, The Colburn School of Performing Arts
The 415-seat Zipper Hall is acoustically one of the best performance spaces in the Los Angeles area.

The Colburn School of Performing Arts is located on the east side of Grand Avenue, one block south of 1st Street and across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

DRIVING/PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

California Plaza Parking

Parking is available at the California Plaza Parking Garage, between Lower Grand Ave. and Olive Ave., just north of 4th St. Enter the garage from from Olive Ave. (Grand St. entrance is only for monthly customers.)

• From the 110 Freeway exit at 4th Street, stay toward the left off the ramp and turn left at Olive St.
• Turn left into the California Plaza parking garage. Follow signs to Visitor/Valet parking and either park in an available Visitor space or leave with the Valet.
• Elevators will take you to the Plaza level, walk west to Grand Ave., and turn right (north) on Grand. Walk past MOCA to Colburn School

DISNEY HALL PARKING

Public Parking is available directly beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall. Enter on Second Street or Lower Grand Avenue. Regular parking costs $9 beginning at 4:00 p.m. for evening concerts; two hours before weekday matinees; and all day on weekends. Both the Second Street and Lower Grand entrances will be open 6:00am to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 7:00am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday.

Valet parking is available for $23 at the Hope Street entrance, beginning at 5:00 p.m. for evening concerts; two hours before weekday matinees; and all day on weekends. The Hope Street valet and Founders parking entrance will open three hours before each concert.

OPEN-AIR PARKING

There is also an open-air parking lot across from REDCAT, a sort of peninsula surrounded by Hope, 2nd, and Kosciuszko Way.

• From the 110 Freeway exit at 4th Street, stay toward the left off the ramp and turn left at lower Grand Ave.
  (You can also get onto Kosciuszko Way from Olive St.)
• Continue one block and turn left at the light onto Kosciuszko Way.
• Continue under Grand, and the parking lot entrance is on your right before you get to Hope.
